Acceptance & Use of Service

By accessing the 80mmk platform, registering an account, or using the services in any way, the player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between 80mmk and each user of the platform for every transaction made. If you do not feel it is appropriate to read this document, do not use the services.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

To use 80mmk services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

Our services are for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 may not open an account, play any game, or make or lead any payment. If a false date of birth is detected, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at 80mmk. If additional accounts are created using the same personal details, the same IP address, or the same payment method, all such accounts will be closed and any remaining balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Declaration

All personal information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to the player. Allowing anyone other than the account holder to play is a violation of these terms.

Account Management and Security

Players are responsible for keeping their 80mmk account secure. Your username and password must not be shared with anyone.

3.1 Keeping Account Details Up to Date

Players must check and update their login credentials, password, and contact details regularly, and correct anything inaccurate as soon as they become aware of it.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If a third party accesses your account without permission, you must notify 80mmk customer support immediately. 80mmk will do its best to limit any resulting harm, but cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the player's own actions — such as failing to keep credentials private.

3.3 Player Verification (KYC)

80mmk may request proof of identity or payment at any time. If verification is not completed promptly, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods

80mmk accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit for all services is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and will be returned.

4.3 Third-Party Deposit Restriction

Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties will be returned immediately and may be subject to further review.

4.4 Deposit Finality

Once a deposit has been made, the amount cannot be reversed or changed until the account balance is settled. 80mmk will not be responsible for any losses resulting from a breach of the payment policy.

Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. Cases that require additional review may take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals are only permitted via the same payment method used for the deposit. Players may only withdraw to their own payment account — transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawals

Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is explained in § 6. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.5 KYC Verification and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold when the amount is large or when identity verification is not yet complete. Processing will resume immediately once verification is done.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

6.1 Welcome Bonus

For your first deposit, 80mmk offers a 100% first deposit bonus up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 15 times.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• For each bonus, 80mmk will notify players separately about which games count toward the wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirement progress is calculated from betting history, which players can check in their own account.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person. Additional claims from a family member or the same IP/device will not be accepted.
• If 80mmk detects bonus fraud, the bonus amount will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6.3 VIP Program

The 80mmk VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and players move up based on their betting history and activity volume.

• Bronze: Periodic cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Periodic cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Periodic cashback up to 0.8%

80mmk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel VIP rewards and cashback.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting on 80mmk operate under a Fair Play Policy. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and live casino services are audited regularly by third-party testing bodies.

7.1 No Reversal of Game Outcomes

Once a game is played, its result cannot be reversed in any way. After a game ends, the win/loss record is final and cannot be changed.

7.2 Handling Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection or mobile technical issue, only the last game state recorded on 80mmk's server will be treated as the final result, and that record may be submitted as evidence.

7.3 Football / Esports Betting

For football and Esports betting, only bets placed before the cut-off time announced by 80mmk will be valid. Winnings paid due to service errors or data discrepancies that are found to have affected the outcome after the event may be reversed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 80mmk. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance —

• Arbitrage betting or using software bots to play
• Depositing and withdrawing to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse / chip dumping)
• Colluding with other players to pre-arrange results (match fixing)
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or exploit against the platform
• Depositing funds suspected to be from illegitimate sources (linked to software fraud, hacking, or phishing)
• Treating 80mmk staff or the customer service team in a hostile or abusive manner

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Self-Exclusion by the Player

If a player wishes to voluntarily close or temporarily suspend their account, they can request this through 80mmk's Live Chat service. Any pending withdrawal of remaining balance will be processed smoothly at the time of account closure.

9.2 Account Suspension by 80mmk

80mmk may suspend a player's account for the following reasons—

• When there is solid evidence of prohibited activities under § 8
• When a KYC verification request has been issued but not completed within the given time
• When strong evidence of bonus abuse is found during investigation
• When verified evidence shows serious misconduct toward staff or customer service

9.3 Funds After Suspension

Balances in accounts suspended due to § 8 violations may be forfeited. Balances in accounts closed voluntarily or suspended for technical maintenance will be transferred.

Liability Limitations

80mmk provides the platform and services "as-is" and makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes, football match results, or the results of any betting activity.

10.1 Player's Own Responsibility

Players agree that they participate in gaming at their own risk and responsibility. 80mmk cannot be held responsible for any financial losses resulting from gameplay.

10.2 Platform Downtime

If the service is interrupted due to server maintenance, external attacks (DDoS), or any force majeure event, 80mmk will not initially refund losses incurred during that period — however, any incomplete bets or fund deductions caused by disconnections during active play will be reviewed and resolved.

10.3 Data Security

Players' personal data will be protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. SSL encryption is used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to players' financial and personal information, though 80mmk's liability for losses caused by external attacks remains limited.

Terms & Conditions Updates

80mmk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Players are encouraged to check this page regularly. For significant changes, 80mmk will notify players at their registered email address — however, regardless of whether that notification is received, logging in and playing after an announcement will be considered acceptance of the amendment.
